Refund Policy

All licensing and sales purchases are now direct payment transactions between our users.  As a result, BeatStars.com (Seemo Media Group LLC) cannot, nor will not be responsible for any refunds for any licensing or sales purchases as we are not directly involved in the actual payment transaction.  BeatStars.com (Seemo Media Group LLC) will not be liable or held responsible for any fraudulent payments, fraudulent activity, insufficient funds, any form of unfulfilled payment(s), any losses, or damages (financial or otherwise) due to a payment transaction between users.  Users subject to any fraudulent payments, fraudulent activity, insufficient funds, any form of unfulfilled payment(s), any losses, or damages (financial or otherwise) due to a payment transaction between users through BeatStars.com (Seemo Media Group LLC) must deal directly with the person involved in the actual payment transaction.  If users wish to file any civil or legal claims due to any fraudulent payments, fraudulent activity, insufficient funds, any form of unfulfilled payment(s), any losses, or damages (financial or otherwise), all claims must be filed against the direct person involved in the actual payment transaction, BeatStars.com (Seemo Media Group LLC) will not be held liable or responsible.

For all other refund requests which directly involve payments to BeatStars.com (Seemo Media Group LLC), BeatStars.com (Seemo Media Group LLC) has a no refund policy.  All membership purchases, promo purchases, ad purchases, or any other payments made directly to BeatStars.com (Seemo Media Group LLC) are considered final.  As a result, please review your purchase transaction prior to making any payment to BeatStars.com (Seemo Media Group LLC) since no refund will be provided.  Premium services (recurring billings) can be cancelled anytime for any reason.  Cancellations by the individual, group, or company that signed up for the premium service (collectively, the "Subscriber") will be effective after the paid period.  In case of cancellation by the Subscriber, the period that is already paid for will not be reimbursed.  The premium service will then remain active until the end of the paid period.  BeatStars.com (Seemo Media Group LLC) reserves the right to cancel premium services for any reason at any time without notification.  If BeatStars.com (Seemo Media Group LLC) cancels a premium service before its expiration date, the Subscriber might be entitled to a pro-rated refund of the last payment per our account management team's discretion.  No refund will be given if the user violated the Terms and Conditions of Web Site Use, or the Music Submission Agreement.  

Additionally, BeatStars.com (Seemo Media Group LLC) will only offer reimbursements if by any chance there is an internal error which resulted in any unintentional charges to a user from BeatStars.com (Seemo Media Group LLC), or any other unexpected legitimate cases which qualify for reimbursements per our account management team's discretion.  Please note that if we have any reason to believe a user is suspected of fraudulent activity, the user will not receive a reimbursement and their account will be closed without notice.  Investigations for all applicable reimbursement requests can take up to 14 business days to complete by our account management team from the date the request was submitted.  If the reimbursement request is found to be legitimate and applicable by our account management team, the verified amount identified by our account management team will be reimbursed within 21 business days of the date the reimbursement request was submitted.  By using BeatStars.com (Seemo Media Group LLC), users agree to all of these terms and also agree to license, sell, and distribute their content and use BeatStars.com (Seemo Media Group LLC) at their own risk.
