Once you have filled out our subscription form and submitted your payment method, your payment will go through a standard verification process. You will then receive an e-mail indicating whether or not your payment verification succeeded. This could take up to 24 hours.
- If your payment verification succeeded, the e-mail will indicate your billing details and you will then be ready to use your account.
- If your payment verification failed, please contact your source payment provider to see if there are any issues with your payment method or if your bank/credit card performed a fraud block for your protection. NOTE: If you used PayPal balance, a prepaid card, or American Express card, your payments will fail as these payment options are not supported.
IMPORTANT: Please do not attempt to subscribe multiple times should you encounter any issues. If your payment fails, please contact your source payment provider for more information as to what may have caused your payment to fail.
