I just subscribed for a paid account, what happens next?

Once you have filled out our subscription form and submitted your payment method, your payment will go through a standard verification process.  You will then receive an e-mail indicating whether or not your payment verification succeeded.  This could take up to 24 hours.

If your payment verification succeeded, the e-mail will indicate your billing details and you will then be ready to use your account.  

If your payment verification failed however, you will be provided with details as to why your payment verification may have been declined.  Please follow the instructions within the e-mail should your payment method fail verification.

IMPORTANT:  Please do not attempt to subscribe multiple times should you encounter any issues, please wait for your e-mail notification in order to know how to proceed.
