Is there any way to make an exception to your no refund policy?

We're truly very sorry, unfortunately we are not allowed to make exceptions as that would be unfair to our other users. By making case-by-case exceptions, this would display favoritism and would be an unethical business practice. Our policies need to remain consistent for the fairness of all of our users.  We truly hope you understand, again we sincerely apologize!
