What does white-listing my YouTube channel mean?

White-listing means that we add your YouTube channel to our system so that any content under your YouTube channel isn't claimed when you opt tracks into our YouTube Content ID program. Basically, the YouTube Content ID program will search YouTube for any videos which contain your audio (including your own), which will monetize contain via BeatStars for your own channel's content. This prevents users from monetizing their own channel's content themselves.

By white-listing your personal YouTube channel, this prevents BeatStars claims to videos associated to your channel, allowing you to monetize that content yourself.

NOTE:  You only need to white-list your YouTube channel once through BeatStars.  If you already had your YouTube channel(s) white-listed, you do not have to supply your YouTube channel(s) again.
